I can not receive push notifications

If you can not receive push notifications, please check the causes and follow the instructions below.

 

You have not added any rikishi to your "Gohiiki(Favorites)"

Please add your favorite rikishi to "Gohiiki(Favorites)"

*You can't receive push notifications of heya and birthplace.

Add your favorite rikishi 

 

Notification settings are turned off

Please check the settings of the application.

Slide "Torikumi Results" and turn on

Open the app > Tap "menu" >Tap "Others" > Tap "Settings" > "Push notifications"  > Slide "Torikumi Results" switch to turn on

On the edit screen,tap the bell mark and turn on

Open the app > Tap "menu" >Tap "Gohiiki" > "Rikishi" > Tap "the rikishi mark" > tap "the bell mark" and turn on 

Your mobile is set to not receive notifications of the app

Please confirm the setting.

Set as notifications to receive

Close the app > Setting of your mobile > "Sounds and notifications" > "App notifications" > Grand Sumo app > Set as notifications to receive 

*Words may differ depending on the mobile you use.

The functional application installed on your mobile is interfering with the push notifications

Task killer application, anti-virus application, energy saving application may interfere with push notifications.

Please make settings that push notifications are permitted in the applications.

If you did above but you cannot still receive push notifications... 

There may be something wrong with data in the App, so please follow the instruction below.

【1】Delete the data in the app & Uninstall the app

  • Device "settings" > "Apps" > "Grand Sumo" > tap 【CLEAR DATA】 button
  • after that, tap 【UNINSTALL】 button

【2】Reinstall the app

  • Reinstall the App from Google Play Store

* Gohiiki will be reset after doing them, so please add Gohiiki again.
