How to continue / cancel your tanimachi membership after changing models from "iOS device"

If you change the model from "iOS device" to "Android device", you can not continue a same Tanimachi membership, because we are confirming that you are Tanimachi membership or not with your account which you login to a Store app.

Store app:

  • Android:Google Play store
  • iOS:App Store

You are still "Tanimachi" at "App Store", so please follow the instruction of the Apple support site and cancel "Tanimachi", and if you want to be "Tanimachi" on your new device, please subscribe it again.

* If you change the model from "Android device" to "Android device", you can continue same Tanimachi membership.
* For details, please take a look at "Troubleshooting(FAQ)" > "Tanimachi (Premium Member)" > "It is displayed "Not Tanimachi" although you are Tanimachi"
